Stoplight Component

Used primarily as a means to monitor drilling efficiency, the spotlight component is a rectangular widget that can be displayed horizontally or vertically.

The Green state is an indication that conditions are normal. The middle, "yellow" state is a low warning state, and the top, "red" indicator is a high warning state.

The active light is larger than the other two states, and can be set to flash and/or have various alarm states associated with the current value. Stoplights can also be set to have one single flashing light, like at a railroad crossing.
